2-2.5lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts 1 Jar (~17oz) Salsa Verde [Medium] 1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp Smoke Paprika 1/2 tsp Sazon Caliente Hot Sauce To Taste Fat Free Refried Beans
Throw all the ingredients, except the refried beans, into your InstantPot. Put the pot on the meat/high pressure setting and set the timer for 25 minutes. When the timer goes off, quick release the pressure and shred the chicken a bit. Put a serving (this makes 5-6) in a bowl and put a dollop of fat free refried beans on top and some additional hot sauce if desired. Enjoy!
