Your muscles are “living and breathing” things within your body and they work most efficiently when they are stimulated from time to time. Blood flow is key to recovery from workouts and essential in oxygen and nutrient delivery to cells. Why not help this process along by taking a short walk every hour to get that blood moving and muscles stimulated?

This gives me a reminder every hour to get up and take some steps, allows you to track various exercises, you can track food and water intake and more. What do I like best about this FitBit over all the others they make? The fact that it is water resistant (I’ve worn it swimming and in the shower without issue), dead simple to use and not bulky at all.
