As has been told, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Wake your body up with a breakfast packed with protein, nutrients and good ole H2O to get your system moving!

Before you do anything else, STOP, and drink at least 4 ounces of plain cool (not cold) tap water.

Now you may continue…

2 Scoops  GNC Amp Wheybolic Extreme 60 Protein Pownder (My Preference = Chocolate)
2 Tbsp    PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
2 Oz      Unsweetened Almond Milk
8 Oz      Water (Cool)

Put all of the ingredients in your favorite shaker bottle, shake shake shake, and enjoy!

If you prefer, you can put all ingredients in a blender (cut water to 6 ounces), add 1-2 cups of ice and blend until smooth.

Talk about a great way to get your body going… at least 45 grams of protein!
